Return window

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.

Free returns for quality issues (defect, damage, wrong item)

If the product is defective, arrived damaged, or is not what you ordered:

  • You do not need to keep the product unused — you may open and inspect it.
  • Please keep the original packaging and all accessories.
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • No restocking fee.
  • A full refund will be issued.

Change of mind returns

If you simply no longer want the product:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (or you may pay for return shipping yourself).
  • No restocking fee.

Refund timing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 1–2 business days.
  • The refund will go back to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal).
  • Depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take 7–10 business days to appear in your account.

Non-returnable items

  • Products that have been used beyond normal inspection (except to verify a defect)
  • Items missing original packaging or parts
  • Final sale or clearance items
