Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: We currently ship only to the continental United States (48 states) and Canada. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or any other countries.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: After you place an order, we need 1–2 business days to process it. Then shipping takes:

  • 3–5 business days for US addresses
  • 5–8 business days for Canadian addresses

Q: Is shipping really free?

A: Yes. Every order ships for free. No minimum purchase, no promo code required.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return. If the product has a quality issue (defect, damage, wrong item), we provide a free return label and a full refund. If you simply changed your mind, the item must be unused and in original packaging — return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Q: How soon will I get my refund?

A: After we receive the returned item, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. Then it takes your bank or PayPal an additional 7–10 business days to show the money back in your account.

Q: Do you charge any restocking fee?

A: No. We never charge a restocking fee.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

A: Please contact us immediately at info@sodastreaam.it.com. If your order has not yet been processed (within the first few hours), we may be able to cancel or modify it. Once it is packed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Q: Do you collect sales tax or customs duties?

A: We do not collect any taxes. For US orders, you are responsible for any applicable state sales tax. For Canadian orders, you are responsible for any import duties, GST/HST, or brokerage fees charged by Canadian customs.

Q: What if my package arrives damaged?

A: Take photos of the damaged box and product, then email us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Q: Is your website secure?

A: Yes. We use SSL encryption (HTTPS) for all pages. Payment details are processed by secure third‑party gateways — we do not store your full card number.
